Regina has an exciting blend of Old and New, with stunning architecture of the angled-glass McCallum Towers as well as the curvaceous SaskPower Building. This offsets nicely the early prairie brick and stone architecture that reflects Regina's humble beginnings when the vast expanses of the West were just beginning to be settled and farmed.

There is lots to see and do in and around Regina. Discover the city's facinating history. You can visit a museums, lots of parks and waterfront greenspace, and activities and sports to keep anybody busy (and happy). We even have a page that has tips on hundreds of things to do with kids.


Regina Nearby Towns & Attractions

The famous Snowbird aerobatic high performance team is based at CFB Moose Jaw

Check out the smaller towns around Regina. Head southeast toward North Dakota, through Weyburn and Estevan and see some of the flattest countryside around ("if your dog ran away from home, after three days its tail would finally disappear over the horizon!") dotted with a reservoir, a coal mine, and lots of oil wells.

Or head west to historic Moose Jaw, famous not only as home of the Canadian Snowbird aerobatic team but also for its network of underground tunnels said to be used by Chicago gangster Al Capone during Prohibition.
